About the Role

This is a paid internship for video editors who want to create energetic, engaging, and sometimes cinematic short-form videos.

You will work on Reels and Shorts (20–120 seconds), mostly on-camera content. This role focuses on pacing, hooks, captions, and energy — not templates.

We are SMB DigitalZone, a digital company working across branding, content, and digital growth.

We do not hire seniors. We hire raw talent, train them properly, and promote based on performance.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Short-Form Creative Video Editor Intern who can:

• Edit Reels and Shorts (20–120 seconds)
• Create strong hooks in the first 2 seconds
• Add creative on-screen captions
• Control pacing, rhythm, and emotion
• Make talking-head videos engaging

If you rely on templates, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Work On

• Reels & Shorts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Talking-head videos
• Creative captioning & text animation
• Short cinematic edits
• Social-first video experiments

Tools & Requirements

• Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
• After Effects (plus)
• Strong sense of pacing and captions

Not allowed:

• Canva
• CapCut
• Templates

Internship Details

• Paid internship: PKR 35,000 / month
• Duration: 3 months
• Remote – Pakistan only

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Pakistan time)
• 1-hour break
• Friday first half adjusted for prayer
• Work must be completed by the end of the day on Friday

Strong performers are promoted to Junior Video Editor with higher pay.

We hire selectively.
One great editor beats ten average ones.
