Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
• Post job advertisements on job boards and social platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Communicate with UK-based clients and hiring managers.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Present and discuss your Final Year Project during the selection process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in presentations and professional discussions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Eager to learn recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude.
