Our brand reflects elegance, sophistication, and trend-setting beauty - As part of our acquisition governance framework, we are seeking Paid Marketing Campaign Manager (Salon Specialist) to strengthen our processes.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high impact, "all-rounder" Senior Paid Marketing Campaign Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the Salon and Beauty industry. This is not just a media-buying role; we need a growth-focused professional who can own the entire funnel—from AI-driven creative production (Reels and Ad visuals) to technical campaign execution across Google and social media. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling salon appointment books and understands the nuances of the beauty service market.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Salon Strategy:
Design and manage full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to salon services (Hair, Aesthetics, Nails, etc.), focusing on lead generation and high-conversion appointment bookings.
Performance Media Buying:
Expertly manage and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and Local Maps) and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook).
AI-Driven Creative Production:
Act as a one-person creative studio by using AI tools to generate scripts, edit high-engagement Instagram Reels, and design thumb-stopping ad creatives that highlight "Before & After" results and salon luxury.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, and Booking Rate) and provide actionable insights through weekly audit reports.
Conversion Optimization:
Implement A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages to ensure the highest possible conversion from click to appointment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a mandatory portfolio showing successful results specifically for Salon or Beauty businesses.
Platform Expertise:
Deep technical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
The "All-Rounder" Mindset:
Ability to pivot between technical data analysis and creative content creation. ●
AI Proficiency:
Must be highly proficient in integrating AI into the workflow to increase efficiency and creative quality.
