We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing & Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns while managing and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms, with a solid understanding of performance tracking and optimization.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max).
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage monthly media plans, budgets, and performance forecasts.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Handle account setup, tracking, and compliance, including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixels.
- Manage and publish content across all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
- Align paid and organic social strategies for consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and social assets.
- Ensure adherence to platform policies and best practices.
- Support the cleanup, restructuring, and compliance of company portfolio ad accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (certification preferred).
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads (certification preferred).
- Solid understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and attribution models.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
- Experience working with B2B and lead-generation campaigns is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
