Paid Media Account Manager

Respage is looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Account Manager to join our award-winning, fully remote team. In this role, you'll be the trusted expert for our multifamily property management clients, acting as the architect and pilot of their Google and Meta Ads campaigns. You will be the key to their success, helping them achieve their occupancy goals through the power of paid media.

How You'll Make an Impact (Key Responsibilities):

• Campaign Strategy & Management: You will mastermind and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across the full suite of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing performance, optimizing for key metrics (CPA, ROAS), and staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and platform features.
• Client Partnership & Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, long-term partnerships. You'll lead regular meetings to review performance, educate clients on best practices, and serve as their trusted advisor for all things paid media.
• Strategic Growth & Consulting: You won't just manage campaigns; you'll help build them from the start. You'll develop and present PPC strategies during the sales process and provide ongoing strategic recommendations to your clients, from budget allocation to audience targeting and ad development.
• Reporting & Data Storytelling: You will translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll generate and present compelling monthly performance reports that don't just show numbers but tell the story of the client's ROI and identify opportunities for growth.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

• A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Deep expertise in the full suite of Google and Meta Ads platform features and best practices.
• A strong analytical mind, with the ability to dig into data, identify trends, and draw meaningful, actionable conclusions.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, communicate complex information clearly, and present with confidence.
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking in complex environments.
• A passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay on the cutting edge of the industry.
• Experience in the multifamily industry is a huge plus!

Your Technical Toolbox:

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with Google Ads Editor and Google Scripts is a plus.
