Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and campaign structure to maximise ROI and ROAS.
  • Create A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.

E-Commerce Performance

  • Drive conversions, revenue growth, and repeat purchases through targeted performance marketing strategies.
  • Work on catalog ads, shopping campaigns, remarketing flows, and dynamic product ads (DPA).
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure product feed accuracy, landing page optimisation, and pricing consistency.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify insights.

Strategy & Coordination

  • Develop short-term and long-term media plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for creative asset development.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
