Position Overview

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. You’ll use analytics, creativity, and AI to drive performance for a diverse portfolio of clients from tourism brands to community nonprofits.


This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on management. You’ll analyze data, test ideas, and leverage automation to scale success. If you’re someone who loves diving into dashboards, spotting trends, and finding smarter ways to work through AI, you’ll thrive here.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic ad platforms
  • Develop multi-channel ad strategies tailored to client goals (traffic, engagement, conversions, or revenue growth).
  • Use AI tools and machine learning insights to optimize campaigns and ad creative.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Report clearly on results and recommend strategies for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, web, and SEO teams to align messaging, targeting, and measurement.
  • Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and evolving ad tech trends.
  • Manage budgets effectively and monitor pacing to ensure optimal delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads; TikTok and programmatic experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and attribution modeling.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI for campaign optimization, creative testing, and data interpretation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with an eagerness to experiment and improve results.

Bonus Points For

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic trading.
  • Experience with tourism, community, or nonprofit marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or other AI-driven ad platforms.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for where marketing and technology intersect.
