We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager (Google Ads Focus) to take the reins of our multi-location Google Ads program and drive measurable growth at scale. This role isn’t about managing a few campaigns — it’s about architecting a sophisticated, data-driven strategy that fuels inbound demand across dozens of markets nationwide.

You’ll manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, oversee all Google Business profiles, and collaborate with our web team to keep performance dialed in. What You’ll Do:

  • Own national PPC strategy across all The 20 MSP locations — from campaign architecture to optimization and reporting.
  • Build, test, and refine search, display, and Performance Max campaigns that drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and keyword portfolios with a laser focus on performance metrics like ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.
  • Oversee Google Business profiles for all locations, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and strong local visibility.
  • Partner with the web and SEO teams to improve landing page performance, technical tracking, and conversion flow.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and Tag Manager for advanced tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Execute retargeting and remarketing strategies that re-engage visitors and boost conversion efficiency.
  • Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of evolving PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep The 20’s digital presence at the leading edge.

What You Bring:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally managing complex or multi-location campaigns
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (required)
  • Deep expertise in Performance Max, retargeting, attribution modeling, and data-driven optimization
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager setup and conversion tracking
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort navigating large datasets to extract insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can turn data into a story that drives decisions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (a plus)
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO and how it supports paid performance
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a self-starter mindset
