Purpose
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple MENA markets for our digital wallet product. Own the media buying strategy, budget allocation, channel mix, and attribution setup, working closely with an outsourced creative agency for asset production. Ensure performance campaigns deliver strong ROAS, drive user acquisition, and support retention goals.

Role Accountabilities

Develop and manage the performance marketing strategy for 3+ markets, aligned to business goals.

Oversee media buying across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.

Brief, manage, and evaluate creative output from external partners based on performance data.

Collaborate with product, CRM, and analytics teams to develop & manage integrated growth campaigns.

Maintain and optimize MMP setup (AppsFlyer/Adjust) for accurate attribution

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Manage monthly budgets, pacing, and forecasting.

Produce monthly testing hypotheses and detailed performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Experience
-
6–8+ years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-market role.

Proven track record scaling mobile apps (acquisition & retention), ideally in fintech

Proven track record of working in high-paced, hyper growth environments and delivering against steep targets

Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.

Experience managing MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust).

Experience with Mixpanel or similar

Experience with Power BI or similar

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or data visualization tools a plus.

Minimum Entry Qualifications
