Our focus is on producing high-quality content that resonates with audiences and achieves client objectives. We help brands build their online presence and community while communicating effectively across platforms and other mediums. We are a small but mighty team mainly based out of Denver, CO.

Job Description:Cucamonga Media is seeking a versatile Paid Media & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role blends expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads and social media platforms) with organic social media strategy. You’ll develop and manage ad campaigns that drive measurable results while also building organic strategies and content that engage and grow communities. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, report directly to the founder, and collaborate with the team for execution support.

This is a hybrid position, meaning you will be expected to be in person for client meetings, content shoots, and team meetings in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Ads Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Organic Social Media Management: Develop strategies and create content to grow engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. Maintain consistent posting schedules, trends, and brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs for both paid and organic campaigns. Provide detailed reports with actionable insights to clients. Continuously optimize campaigns and content using data-driven decision-making.
  • Content Creation & Sourcing: Support content development through video creation, graphic design, and UGC/influencer sourcing. Collaborate with clients to ensure assets align with campaign goals.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships as a responsive and proactive point of contact. Keep clients updated on results, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to ensure clients remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Strong track record building organic social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, and Dubsado.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Portfolio of successful campaigns (both paid and organic) is highly encouraged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
