Digitopia is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube. If you’re equal parts tactician and strategist—and you’ve got a passion for helping B2B brands grow—read on.

This role is for you if you’re:

  • A performance marketer who gets excited about CAC, ROAS, and click-throughs—and obsessed with qualified leads and sales conversations
  • A proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and clients
  • A critical thinker who’s always looking for ways to optimize—from campaign structure to landing pages
  • A confident executor who’s comfortable making strategic decisions and managing multiple accounts


Responsibilities

  • Planning, building, and managing paid campaigns across search, display, and social platforms
  • Writing or refining compelling ad copy (with support from our content team)
  • Designing creative asset development (images, carousels, video)
  • Performing in-depth targeting and audience research
  • Managing cold and retargeting campaigns that support our clients’ demand generation blueprints
  • Monitoring campaign performance, surfacing insights, and providing CRO recommendations when needed
  • Generating clear, data-driven reports and suggesting optimizations aligned with client goals
  • Staying current with platform updates and performance marketing best practices

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 2–4 years of experience managing paid media in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing and buyer’s journey content strategies
  • Comfort with campaign budgeting, forecasting, and platform analytics
  • Advanced understanding of GA4
  • Strong copy instincts and a passion for continuous learning
  • Great written and verbal communication—you’re confident on Zoom calls and in Slack threads
  • A proactive attitude—if something needs to get done, you don’t wait to be told
Candidates with these additional (not required) skills will be prioritized:
  • Experience with content-driven funnels and lifecycle-based advertising
  • Basic understanding of HubSpot marketing automation

Bonus Skills and Attributes

  • Experience with content-driven funnels and lifecycle-based advertising
  • Basic understanding of HubSpot marketing automation
  • Experience managing programatic ads
  • Experience with SEO
  • Experience working with B2B companies—specifically with Technology and/or SaaS.
