Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for various campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within budget limits while delivering desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to produce creative assets and track performance.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running paid digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
