Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and other social media channels.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing, analysis, and refinement of ad copy, targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign effectiveness, track conversions, and generate actionable insights.
- Manage media planning and budgeting processes to ensure effective allocation of advertising spend while meeting campaign goals.
- Implement conversion rate optimization techniques to improve landing page performance and maximize campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on affiliate marketing initiatives and integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of PPC campaign management across multiple platforms including Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
- Hands-on experience with media buying tools such as DoubleClick or similar ad management platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools for keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization techniques.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign success metrics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), affiliate marketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Ability to develop detailed media plans, manage budgets effectively, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
