Paid Media Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist to join our in-house team and take ownership of client accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical expertise, and wants to work closely with a collaborative team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, and Display) for both local service and eCommerce clients.
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Set up and manage tracking integrations (Google Tag Manager, CallRail, UTM parameters, conversion tracking).
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results clearly to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in paid media.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search & Shopping) and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong experience with CallRail and other call/conversion tracking systems.
  • Proven track record of keyword research, campaign builds, and ongoing optimization.
  • Comfortable managing both local service campaigns and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work US EST hours (with flexibility for MST).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with landing page testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Familiarity with automated bidding strategies and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience with reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, etc.).
