Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEM Intern to join our Paid Ads team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to live campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms. You’ll gain real-world experience in campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and industry best practices while working with a team of experienced media buyers and strategists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with keyword research, ad copy creation, and competitor analysis.
• Support campaign builds and optimizations across Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
• Help maintain budget pacing and ensure account best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics) to support campaign initiatives.
• Stay updated on SEM trends, Google/Microsoft Ads updates, and industry tools.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEM, SEO, PPC).
• Familiarity with Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus (certifications are a bonus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Eager to learn and open to feedback in a fast-paced agency environment.
