Paid Social Ads Manager (Snapchat & TikTok, Meta)

​About the Role:

​We are looking for a data-driven and creative Ads Manager to take the lead on our Snapchat and TikTok growth strategies. You aren't just "posting content", you are a performance marketer who understands how to stop the scroll, lower CPA, and scale winning campaigns in the fast-paced world of short-form video.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns within TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.

​Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and ROAS.

​Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our content team to brief high-performing UGC (User Generated Content) and "lo-fi" ads that feel native to each platform.

​Analytics & Reporting: Track daily performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC) and provide actionable insights to leadership.

​Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on algorithm updates, trending sounds, and new ad products (e.g., Snapchat Lenses, TikTok Shop Ads).

Salary: 60,000 - 65,000

Onsite.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
