Duties
- Social Media & Copy
- Schedule and manage content across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
- Collaborate with brands, influencers, and partners for tags and cross-promotions.
- Ensure profile bios, thumbnails, and branding are consistent and optimized.
- Write SEO-friendly captions, descriptions, and copy in client brand voices.
- Research and apply viral hashtags, trends, and high-volume keywords.
- Develop content calendars for clients and the studio.
- Draft viral video titles and hooks based on research.
- Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain link-in-bio systems, QR codes, and UTM tracking.
Client Success Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct onboarding calls and ensure forms/materials are complete.
- Send regular updates, feedback docs, and monthly performance reports.
- Host check-in calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Translate analytics into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to expand client revenue streams.
- Collect and implement client feedback to improve deliverables.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal creative teams.
- Proactively address concerns to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of video editing techniques for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and branding strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategy decisions.
