The Role:

Indie Consulting is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Paid Social Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms for a leading global client.

This role will manage full-funnel paid social initiatives that deliver measurable results, leveraging platform expertise and testing frameworks to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in campaign management, creative testing, and performance analysis, along with strong communication and presentation skills to clearly translate data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Lead the planning, setup, and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
    • Translate marketing objectives into platform-specific campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Develop creative testing frameworks in partnership with creative and strategy teams to identify top-performing content and optimize media performance.
    • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency.
    • Ensure flawless execution across multiple accounts, adhering to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Optimization & Reporting
    • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns against KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall business objectives.
    • Build, maintain, and present detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards.
    • Lead weekly reporting and optimization calls, translating data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
    • Identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation across emerging social media channels.
    • Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to evaluate test results and inform future campaign strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
    • Partner with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to align paid social tactics with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Clearly communicate campaign performance, trends, and learnings to internal teams and client stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong organization across campaign documentation, timelines, and reporting.
    • Serve as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating challenges and identifying solutions early in campaign cycles.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Experienced in building and executing testing frameworks for creative and media performance.
  • Hands-on experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs tied to business goals.
  • Proven ability to lead reporting discussions and present insights clearly to key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with paid media performance tools and dashboards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
