We’re Hiring – Paint Shop Engineer

Join our Sheet Metal Manufacturing team in Pithampur!

We are looking for a skilled Paint Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Treatment & Paint Shop operations.

Location: Pithampur

Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Salary: As per company norms & experience

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize Paint Shop processes (Liquid Painting, Powder Coating & Pre-Treatment)
• Ensure compliance with ISO & IATF 16949 standards and audit requirements
• Perform lab testing, paint composition analysis, and defect identification
• Prepare SOPs, standards, work instructions, and process sequences
• Support production planning and process improvements in coordination with cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Paint Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of paint shop operations, IATF, and process planning
• Hands-on experience in lab testing and quality checks
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
