Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your business and functional knowledge to enhance the application lifecycle. By applying established testing methodologies, you will define and implement key metrics that will help manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with various ETL tools and frameworks and where source data comes from feed files. - Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. - SQL programming skills/Strong SQL knowledge required for DB validations. - Experience/willing to learn Python scripts - Good knowledge of Data warehouse (DW). - Experience of manual and database testing throughout full development lifecycle Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - 6 - 10 years of experience in Software Testing. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
