THE ROLE

As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of painting, polishing, and finishing across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces at Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the hotel remains in excellent condition and provides a welcoming environment for our guests.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As a Painter, you will support the Engineering Department to improve and maintain the overall appearance of the hotel. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare, paint, and polish work in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces.
• Complete decorating and maintenance schedules on time and to the required quality standards.
• Safely store all paints, solvents, and related materials.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition.
• Follow all Health & Safety rules and guidelines within the department and the hotel.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with Guests and Team Members.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Painters serving Hilton are always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following attributes:

• Trade qualification in Painting (preferred).
• Previous professional painting experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• A passion for managing a variety of tasks and projects throughout the day.
