Role Description
The Painter is responsible for delivering high-quality surface finishes using microcement, decorative paints, and special coatings on interior and exterior surfaces. This role requires creativity, precision, and technical expertise in applying customized finishes that enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of walls, floors, and architectural surfaces

Painter – Microcement & Decorative Wall Finishes

We are looking for a skilled Painter experienced in micro cement applications and decorative wall painting to join our team (or: to take on residential and commercial projects).

Responsibilities:

• Apply microcement coatings on walls, floors, and surfaces with precision and smooth finishing.
• Create decorative and textured wall finishes (e.g., marble effect, metallic, Venetian plaster, stucco, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and applying necessary base coats.
• Mix and match paints, plasters, and cement coatings according to project specifications.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned projects.
• Maintain tools and work areas in excellent condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in microcement and decorative wall painting.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Knowledge of materials, techniques, and color combinations.
• Physically fit and reliable with good communication skills.
• Sample photos of previous work
