The ideal candidate will be experienced in finishing and coating wood furniture and joinery items to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming. Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes according to specifications. Apply spray paint, lacquer, polyurethane, or other finishes using spray guns and equipment. Ensure a smooth, uniform, and high-quality finish on furniture and joinery. Maintain tools, spray booths, and equipment in safe working condition. Follow safety and environmental guidelines in handling paints and chemicals.
