Multi-Skilled Painter

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality spray painting on walls, metal, wood, and other surfaces.
• Prepare and smooth surfaces before painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming).
• Mix paints and match colors according to required specifications.
• Apply coats using brushes, rollers, or spray guns depending on the project.
• Execute decorative and design painting (textures, stencils, patterns, color gradients, etc.).
• Maintain and clean spray guns, compressors, and painting tools.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions to achieve desired designs.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and finish standards.
• Assist with other finishing and maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter / Spray Painter / Decorative Designer.
• Knowledge of spray-painting equipment, color mixing, and paint application techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work on different painting and design projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with industrial and decorative painting materials and safety practices.
• Good eye for detail, precision, and artistic sense.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on heights or scaffolding when required.
