Job Summary

Baruch Trading & Contracting Services is currently hiring experienced Painters for a reputed client in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out painting, finishing, and basic maintenance works at project sites while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, painting, and finishing works for walls, ceilings, doors, steel structures, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer before painting.
• Mix and match paints to achieve the required color, texture, and finish.
• Apply paints using brushes, rollers, and spray painting equipment.
• Ensure proper masking and protection of surrounding areas during painting activities.
• Carry out touch-up and maintenance painting works as required.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Follow all site safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Painter.
• Experience in construction, building maintenance, infrastructure, or facility management projects preferred.
• Knowledge of painting materials, coatings, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi preferred.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with previous GCC/Qatar experience will have an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
