Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Routine prep and painting exterior and interior for all facilities
• Routine plumbing and electrical maintenance assistance as needed
• Establishes and follows preventive maintenance program for equipment per manufacturer’s instructions
• Routine building repair: painting, dry wall repair, floor/ceiling/wall tile replacement, grouting, minor carpentry, etc.
• Assist with or perform/document weekly, monthly generator tests per policy.
• Assist with or check fire extinguishers monthly per procedure.
• Assist with or conduct or coordinate monthly fire drills per policy.
• Assist with or Conduct staff in-service/education on fire extinguisher use and fire extinguisher use and fire safety.
• Apply wallpaper as needed.
• Assist with or perform monthly safety inspection.
