About the Role

Rapido Bathrooms is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our growing remodeling team. You will be responsible for painting bathrooms and residential interiors while maintaining a clean, professional job site and delivering high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, and priming.
• Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other interior surfaces.
• Protect floors, fixtures, and furniture before painting.
• Match paint colors and apply smooth, even finishes.
• Perform minor drywall repairs before painting when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential painting experience preferred.
• Experience with bathroom renovations is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques.
• Ability to use brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
