Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced New Construction Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience painting newly built custom homes and commercial buildings from start to finish. Applicants should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a clean and safe job site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new drywall surfaces by sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint and stain using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment.
• Back-roll and back-brush as needed to ensure a quality finish.
• Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and other interior and exterior surfaces.
• Touch up completed work to meet builder and homeowner expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades on the job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional new construction painting experience.
• Experience using airless sprayers, brushes, and rollers.
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read work orders and follow project specifications.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders and scaffolding.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
