Painter cum Mason

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Masonry Work:

• Lay and fix ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, or stone tiles on floors and walls.
• Perform plastering, concrete work, and block work for wall patches, repairs, or new structures.
• Waterproof, repair, and replace bathroom fixtures, bathtub units, and showers.
• Ensure proper slopes for water drainage.

Painting Work:

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, cleaning, and applying primer.
• Apply paint, varnish, and stains to interior/exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Perform touch-up painting after maintenance repairs.
• Apply wall coverings (wallpaper/vinyl).

General Maintenance:

• Identify and repair cracks in walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Treat and rectify mold issues and dampness.
• Maintain, clean, and secure tools and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Painting work: 6 years (Required)
• Mason work: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Hindi or Tamil (Required)
