Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter with previous hotel or hospitality experience to join our maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of painting, finishing, and surface preparation throughout the hotel, ensuring a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, varnishing, and finishing works for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior areas.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers as required.
• Match and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Follow hotel maintenance schedules and complete tasks within assigned timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with hotel quality standards, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team and respond to urgent repair requests when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Painter in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours if required.
