Position Overview

We are hiring skilled Painters for residential construction projects at Faisal Hills Homes. The role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coats to walls, ceilings, wood, and metal surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish for newly constructed homes.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes before painting.

· Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

· Apply primer, base coats, and final coats with brushes, rollers, or spray machines.

· Ensure proper protection of floors, furniture, and fittings during painting.

· Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and touch up where needed.

· Follow safety standards when handling paints, chemicals, and tools.

· Collaborate with supervisors and site engineers to meet project timelines.

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Painter (construction, finishing, or interior projects).

· Knowledge of various painting materials, techniques, and tools.

· Physical stamina to work on ladders, scaffolding, and outdoor conditions.

· Attention to detail and ability to deliver a neat, high-quality finish.

· Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
