Painter - HVAC

We are currently seeking a dedicated Painter specializing in HVAC systems to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring that all HVAC units and components are properly coated to protect against environmental factors and enhance aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces of HVAC systems by cleaning, sanding, or applying primer as necessary
• Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings to HVAC equipment and components according to specifications
• Ensure proper mixing of paints and coatings to achieve the desired color and finish
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that painted surfaces meet the company's standards for appearance and durability
• Maintain equipment and tools required for painting, ensuring they are in good working order
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while painting, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with other maintenance and installation teams to coordinate work and minimize disruptions
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably with a focus on HVAC systems or similar industrial applications
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials relevant to HVAC systems
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to painting and coating work
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members and departments
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various positions, including standing, bending, or reaching
