PAINTER / POLISHER

Job Description:

This position is responsible to do all painting related jobs.

• Carry out all types of painting work such as application of water base, oil base epoxy paints, PU paints and top coat paints.
• Carry out spray paint for wood stains to apply on furniture, cabinets and doors.
• Execute proper application of primer for various surface finishing, color combination and lacquer paints.
• Assist the team whenever required for any issues to complete project in a smooth and safe manner.
• Ensure that the quality of all tasks completed by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to the standard of good engineering practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain safe working practice in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by technical advisor are always carried out in line with standards and according to professional and safe engineering principles.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• Minimum of 5-year experience working as a Painter in residential, commercial and retail.
• Friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations.
