Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality finishing for residential and commercial projects, with strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
• Apply paint, varnish, lacquer, and decorative finishes
• Mix colors and match shades as per project requirements
• Perform interior and exterior painting with high finishing standards
• Apply topcoats, undercoats, texture, and PU paint
• Repair cracks, defects, and perform skim coating
• Protect surroundings before work and maintain a clean site
• Work closely with supervisors to ensure timely completion
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow all safety procedures on site

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a professional painter
• Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and finishing methods
• Experience in PU paint and spray painting is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Good communication skills
• Visa preferred
• Immediate joiners are a plus
