Painting Production Engineer

Type: Full-Time

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in paint manufacturing or coating application.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Skilled in quality control, defect tracking, and paint formulation

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Ensure smooth workflow in the painting department, aligned with SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor production quality, optimize processes, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Guarantee paint and coating applications meet all specifications.
• Develop and refine paint techniques to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain stock and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop or improve paint products.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all painted products.
