Paintshop Manager

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields)
• Strong knowledge of paint shop processes including Pre-treatment, Electro Deposition (ED), Top Coat, and Wastewater Treatment
• Experience in managing chemical baths, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring coating quality
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and occupational health & safety requirements
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the factory’s painting processes, including electro-deposition (ED), phosphating (PT), and electroplating operations
• Ensure paint shop operations comply with environmental, quality, and occupational safety standards
• Monitor and control paint process parameters, chemical baths, and coating quality
• Oversee wastewater treatment processes and chemical management activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to paint process efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, legal regulations, and international standards
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain stable and efficient paint shop operations
