PAM Consultant (CyberArk)
Location: Onsite in Dubai
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced professional with deep technical expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, particularly involving enterprise-grade identity and access control platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, deployment, and integration of enterprise PAM systems, focusing on secure credential management and privileged session oversight.

Hands-on implementation of various security modules and components including credential vaults, session monitoring tools, policy frameworks, and automation scripts.

Customize and maintain secure access policies, integrate with directory services (e.g., LDAP/Active Directory), and ensure compliance with organizational access control standards.

Perform onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged accounts across a wide array of systems including operating systems, databases, and network appliances.

Engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, recommend PAM strategies, and enhance the existing access governance framework.

Provide expertise on complex change management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of PAM capabilities.

Participate in or lead engagements related to identity architecture and access control programs, including pre-production and disaster recovery setups.

Script and develop custom connectors or plugins for automating secure access to remote systems (e.g., SSH, web-based applications).
Desired Background:

6+ years working with identity and access governance tools, preferably those focused on privileged account security.

Solid background in directory services, access control policy creation, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Comfortable with scripting, automation, and integration using SQL, shell scripting, or automation tools.

Previous involvement in IAM roadmap planning, client consulting, or technical pre-sales is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or relevant PAM solution certifications (e.g., Defender or Sentry level).
