PAMET Exports Planner

As an PAMET Exports Planner within our regional Planning Hub, you will be the critical link between our manufacturing units in the UAE and Egypt and our international customers. You aren’t just moving products; you are optimizing the flow of goods, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that our global customers receive what they need, when they need it.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Order Management

• Own the supply plan for export markets sourcing from UAE and Egypt.
• Convert demand signals into Export supply plan, and container shipment plan.
• Coordinate closely with Logistics and Distribution teams to ensure timely execution, vessel booking, and documentation flow.

2. Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for export customers regarding product availability and lead times.
• Collaborate with Factory Planners in UAE/Egypt to align production schedules with market priorities.
• Partner with regional export planners to manage expectations during supply constraints or promotional peaks.

3. Demand Analysis & Insights

• Conduct monthly deep dives into demand fluctuations and forecast accuracy by market/country.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Weekly: Maintain the "Supply Pulse"—tracking order status, and shipment delays.
• Monthly: Produce comprehensive performance dashboards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years in Supply Planning, Export Coordination, or Demand Planning (FMCG or Industrial sectors preferred).
• Technical Skills: *
• Advanced Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization).
• ERP systems (SAP, Kinaxis is an advantage).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and "bridge-building" skills to manage stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
