  • Menu Development: Assist in creating new menu items, specials, and innovative concepts.

  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory, manage food costs, and minimize wastage.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–9 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine, preferably in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Expertise: Strong proficiency in wok, sushi, teppanyaki, and/or dim sum preparation.
