This role will lead the team responsible for the health and growth of are panel We are seeking a strong, technically fluent, and operationally disciplined Panel Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role spanning recruitment planning, community growth, automation, cross-functional execution, and global expansion. The team is currently 10 members and growing.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategic Capability Building

Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed global team across time zones, establishing clear ownership, performance standards, and growth pathways.

Develop specialist depth across automation, analytics, paid media, regional strategy, and operational execution as the function expands into new markets.

Build clear operating processes and standardized workflows that increase clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

Plan team growth based on pipeline visibility and financial priorities, ensuring readiness for increasingly complex global and marketplace-style recruitment demands.

Strategic Marketing & Panel Growth Innovation

Lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to strengthen panel acquisition and improve study-level recruitment performance. Continuously introduce new channels, experiments, and growth strategies to expand how we attract, qualify, and retain participants across markets.

Conduct ongoing industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, tools, and acquisition models, translating insights into actionable approaches for Pulse Voices.

Develop and diversify panel expansion pathways, including scaling our proprietary panel, partnering with trusted vendors, activating local experts in new geographies, strengthening social media and owned-channel growth, and testing new acquisition or referral models.

Operate with a structured test-and-learn mindset, ensuring experimentation is measurable, scalable, and aligned with long-term panel growth goals.
Technical & Systems Leadership

Operate confidently alongside Engineering and Product teams, translating Panel Marketing needs into structured, scalable solutions.

Engage meaningfully in discussions involving recruitment architecture, onboarding flows, automation logic, and system integrations.

Act as the bridge between marketing operations and technical execution, ensuring tools and infrastructure evolve in line with growth needs.

Bring advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and the broader Google Suite, building structured tracking engines, dashboards, and workflow systems that increase visibility, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen operational reliability.
Pulse Voices Community Strategy

Evolve Pulse Voices from a recruitment database into a structured, engaged B2C community with a clear lifecycle strategy.

Design participant journeys that extend beyond single-study participation, building loyalty mechanisms and long-term engagement strategies. and strengthening retention and brand affinity.

Strengthening Pulse Voices’ brand presence across digital channels.

Lead the scaling of the Pulse Voices website and ecosystem, positioning the community as a long-term company asset.

Explore pathways that increase the overall value of the community over time.
Proposal Integration, Lifecycle Ownership & Financial Stewardship

Participate actively in proposal-stage discussions by providing recruitment feasibility assessments, budget projections, timelines, and risk identification before projects are finalized.

Represent Panel Marketing across the entire research lifecycle - from scoping and recruitment through execution, incentive management, and project closeout - ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and operational capacity.

Maintain a systems-level understanding of how all teams contribute to study execution, identify inefficiencies across workflows, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration with UXO, UXR, Program Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership.

Adopt an automation-first mindset, systematically reducing manual processes by building scalable tools and structured workflows.

Own recruitment budgets, monitor acquisition efficiency, forecast pipeline costs, and make informed hiring or vendor decisions aligned with financial priorities.

Engage directly with leadership on investment, expansion, and scalability decisions while balancing growth with responsible cost management.
Qualifications

6-10+ years in marketing, recruitment marketing, performance marketing, or community growth.

2-5+ years leading distributed teams.

Strong technical aptitude and comfort collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and the broader Google Suite ecosystem.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and multi-channel paid and organic acquisition.

Strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
