Panel Support (French Speaking)

Role Description
Role purpose: to recruit, onboard and train new panellists!
You will support panellists on all their purchases, across categories such as grocery, fresh produce (dairy, bakery & meat), and alcohol.
This role is based in Cairo but you will need to have professional proficiency in French. Please do not apply unless you are fluent in French.
Key Tasks:

Recruitment of new panellists with leads coming via various sources i.e. online, referrals etc.

Onboarding (Training) new Panellists

Responsible for replacement of Panellists when there are dropouts from the panel
-
Closely track and monitor the participation of the Panellist for the first month and communicate with them if there are any concerns
-
Connect with Panellists and understand their concerns when the engagement levels are low and resolve issues for the first month on the panel
-
Communicate importance of engagement and the need for active participation
-
Get feedback from Panellists and communicate the same to Project Manager, in order to communicate to senior team there by enabling appropriate decisions to be taken to ensure smooth panel functioning – in particular with relation to recruitment and onboarding

Communicate and be in touch with the Recruitment Project Manager daily

Regular connections to understand Panellists issues and queries for the first month and to resolve them at the earliest

Use GPM (Global Panel Management) tool during all engagement activities, to be able to track and monitor discussions and updates

Checking first month scans and addressing quality concerns

Training panellist on rewards program
-
Face to Face In field recruitment when required

Hand over panellist to permanent PME after payment of first rewards
-
Monitoring of demographic profile of panel to ensure correct demographics targeted for recruitment
Management of files:
-
Data Integrity & Maintenance: Conduct daily checks on GPM/Qmob demographics, manage business rule performance (identifying and correcting failures), and handle General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) acceptance/census management through file uploads and updates.

Action Management & Communication: Manage actions via file uploads/updates in GPM/Qmob and screen-based communication within GPM, akin to mass messaging.

Data Import & Validation: Manage import files (SSIS folders/GPM formats) and validate/import online leads, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processing.
Knowledge and skills needed for success:

Experience with CATi / Helpdesk Team and Fieldwork

Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc), Good management of digital platforms / HTML and open to learning new programs (GPM)

Good interpersonal Skills

Self motivated and can self-manage

Ability to speak a vernacular language is a plus

Professional proficiency in English & French

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key onshore stakeholders!
