Level 1 Host/Curbside Opening/Closing Station, Greetings & Farewells Seating (Rotation) & Waitlist, Pre-Bussing, 3 Step Cleaning Process, Bathroom Checks (Cleaning & Restocking), Monitor Dining Room Cleanliness, Basic Menu Knowledge, PKG Rewards

Level 2 Expo/Runner Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging & Serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locate Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones

Level 3 Cashier/Server Opening/Closing Station, Excellent Guest Service, Basic Math Skills, Serving Food, Serving Drinks, Serving Tables (Table Set Up), Price Knowledge, POS Order Taking Knowledge, Taking Phone Orders, Bussing Tables.

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
