Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods, packages, and materials to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and maintaining a positive experience for clients. The Driver will operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks and courier vans, and handle loading and unloading duties as needed. Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or commercial driving is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles such as box trucks and courier vans for route driving and deliveries
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Follow designated routes efficiently and adapt to changing schedules or traffic conditions
• Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each trip
• Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during daily operations

Experience

• Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred
• Warehouse experience including heavy lifting, moving, or operating forklifts/pallet jacks is advantageous
• Proven ability to handle commercial driving responsibilities with a valid driver’s license suitable for <PERSON> driver roles
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety regulations related to commercial transportation
