We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a background in commercial litigation who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Trial experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings initiative and a collaborative mindset.
Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal
Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and subpoenas
Organize, review, and analyze documentary evidence, contracts, financial records, and correspondence
Manage case files and document production, both physical and electronic
Track and maintain litigation calendars, hearing/trial dates, deadlines, and court requirements
Support trial preparation including the creation of exhibit binders, trial notebooks, witness files, and demonstratives
Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel
Conduct research on legal issues, witnesses, and experts using online tools and firm resources
Handle the preparation and follow-up of subpoenas, discovery responses, and records retrieval
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation-focused practice; commercial litigation experience preferred
Strong organizational and case management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Familiarity with discovery processes, subpoenas, and trial preparation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with e-filing systems and document review platforms is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with attorneys and staff
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal Certificate or related legal training preferred

The pay range for this position in Denver, CO is $31.25 – $40.87 per hour.
