At Guardian Probate Law Group, we help families navigate the legal challenges that arise after the loss of a loved one. We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team. Probate experience is a plus, but it is not required.

About the Position

As a paralegal at Guardian Probate Law Group, you will work directly with our attorneys on a variety of estate and trust litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents such as petitions, letters, notices, caveats, discovery shells, and other filings.
• Manage most aspects of uncontested probate matters with attorney oversight.
• Providing high-touch client service through frequent and empathetic communication.

Because we serve clients dealing with the loss of a loved one, this role requires emotional resilience, compassion, and professionalism. You will play a key role in guiding clients through difficult times while helping the legal process run smoothly.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, probate experience is a plus
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Excellent independent problem-solving and client service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
• A goal-driven attitude focused on client success
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
