Overview Of The Role:

The Paralegal (PL) supports attorneys by assisting with case planning, development, and management. This role is essential in ensuring legal matters are handled efficiently and accurately by providing research, documentation, and administrative support. The Paralegal works closely with attorneys to gather facts, draft and analyze legal documents, and prepare technical information, contributing to informed decision-making. The position plays a critical part in supporting the legal team’s objectives across civil, corporate, and commercial matters.


What You Will Do:


Legal Documentation & Case Support


  • Draft legal documents, formal discovery requests, notices, interrogatories, motions, and deposition summaries.
  • Assist with locating and contacting witnesses, arranging interviews and evaluations, drafting witness declarations, and pretrial statements.
  • Compile and organize trial notebooks, exhibits, and case files; coordinate scheduling of witnesses; provide trial support to attorneys.
  • Draft discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, admissions, production demands, deposition notices, and motions to compel.
  • Analyze records and disciplinary files and provide recommendations to attorneys regarding file disposition.
  • Conduct legal research including statutory and case law; draft research memoranda, proposed rules, orders, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare clear and accurate summaries of depositions, court transcripts, and witness testimony.
  • Perform other related duties consistent with the level of the role, demonstrating flexibility and support for the legal team.

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Ability to analyze case files and provide concise summaries.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


What Qualifies You For The Role:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Familiarity with civil, corporate, and commercial law procedures in Egypt.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation, filing, and court procedures.
  • Proven ability to support attorneys effectively in case management and preparation.
