PARALEGAL

We are McCullough Law.

We are not for people looking for a job. We are for people who believe in the nobility of service looking for an opportunity to join a high-performing team of professionals committed to bringing out the best in those willing to give their best. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven organization reimagining the gold standard for performing and delivering legal services. We are builders of legacies, teams, and strategies. We believe in doing work that matters; that lasts; and that serves.

You will thrive here if you are energized by challenge, driven by purpose, and committed to building something bigger than yourself.

You are a Paralegal.

You are energized by caring for clients and have a passion for people and precision. With sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a love for the complexity and power of words, you play a key part in building trust-based relationships with clients, third-party advisors, and team members. You are constantly collaborating with the team, helping clients navigate the intricacies of estate planning, trust administration, and business law, and rising to the challenge of the fast-paced legal services world. You act as notetaker, compass, sounding board, and all-around support for the attorney both in and out of meetings. You also take pride in drafting sophisticated legal documents that shape legacies and protect families for generations.

As a Paralegal, your day-to-day may involve:

  • Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients and advisors through timely and accurate communications.
  • Working directly with attorneys and the Client Management team to ensure the best recommendations are made and fulfilled.
  • Drafting customized legal documents for attorney and copyediting review.
  • Conducting legal research to ensure documents meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws.
  • Reviewing estate information, structure, and asset documentation for accuracy.
  • Updating legal documents based on clients’ changing needs and objectives.
  • Gathering information from clients and advisors to ensure client success.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate history for each client.
  • Collaborating with team members on all aspects of clients’ estates.
  • Preparing business entities, operating documents, and business audits as part of estate planning and asset protection strategies.
  • Ensuring legal documents and asset transfer documents articulate and achieve clients’ objectives and adhere to attorney recommendations.

You will find success here if…
