Paralegal

Overview
Hardee Piñol & Kracke is a well-established and growing family law firm located in Boise, Idaho. We’re known for providing compassionate, effective representation to our clients during some of their most challenging moments. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide essential support to our attorneys and ensure our business runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

· Analyze files and records

· Assist with case planning and trial preparation

· Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents

· Communicate with witnesses and assist with preparation of witness testimony

· Compile trial exhibits, files, notebooks, and other documents

· Conduct legal research and investigations

· Coordinate subpoena deliveries

· Database management

· File documents with courts

· Issue legal correspondence

· Manages discovery between parties

· Manages electronic and physical filing systems

· Manages the lawyer or firm’s legal library

· Schedule meetings, interviews, mediations, and evaluations

Qualifications

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Clio experience preferred but not required)

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team

· Previous law office or administrative assistant experience preferred (family law experience a plus)

· Ability to interact with clients compassionately and professionally during stressful situations
