Role Description

Sanchez & Associates, PA is seeking to add a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal located in Tampa, FL at Nilo J Sanchez & Associates PA Family Law & Divorce Attorneys.

Qualifications

• Family Law Paralegal Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Document review to support family law cases.
• Scheduling - Hearings, Depositions, Mediations, CMCs etc.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records within the law office.
• Assist attorneys with litigation preparation, discovery, including drafting pleadings, exhibit preparation and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Utilize legal research tools such as CLIO, Family Law Software, Word and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines while demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
