What You ll Do

  • Draft and review standard legal documents, agreements, and templates under supervision.
  • Assist with due diligence, licensing applications, and preparation of reports and correspondence.
  • Proofread and redline legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
  • Coordinate closing and post-closing activities, including document execution and registration.
  • Conduct factual legal research and prepare summaries for counsel review.
  • Manage invoicing and expense tracking for the legal department, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Liaise with external law firms and government authorities for submissions and compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to legal counsels to streamline workflows.
